Turkey Dinner - Turkey was decent, stuffing was standard, mashed potatoes were not as creamy but that only means that they didn't use too much butter (which is a good thing!). A safe go-to for a homestyle Thanksgiving cooking.
BBQ Chicken Sandwich - Great! Everything you want in a bbq chicken sandwich. Nothing more nothing less.
Overall: We ordered through SkipTheDishes & I gotta say that this place is underrated. Has a very 'homecooking' vibe to their dishes. -

all you can eat fish and chips needs to be re-named to " all you can eat fish"
not allowed to have a section portion of fries, ONLY the fish is "AYCE"
they also stopped serving garlic bread with the fish & chips.
wont be ever coming back -

I have always enjoyed this place. We usually go there for dinners and late night snacks. The food is good ( sometimes the fries are too not that good ). But overall it's worth the price and you get a quiet nice spot with a very polite service. If you are looking for a great customer service. 100 percent recommended. I love their milkshakes, hot chocolate and burgers.

Sweet lord no.
Beef dip that makes you wish that they'd used leather instead of what is between their burnt buns. Bouncy bouncy calamari, better used to make happy fun balls. Crispy fries please, if they arrive not crispy? Just re-deepfry the same fries. Still not? Do it again and again until you end up with the oiliest, grossest sticks on your plate. Seven meals ordered and 6 were a complete bomb. Now you may say that you get what you pay for, but this place is at par with White Spot for price. Coquitlam Grill is much less expensive; the food there is great and the portions are large. I felt bad letting the supervisor know that maybe the reason this give restaurant was practically empty on a Friday at dinnertime was because the food was horrible. 20 years ago this place was a-bustle with lines to get in, good food at good prices. We should have head, running for the hills when we saw the dirty, empty fish tank in the entry or the (staff?) table cluttered with stuff and no one seated at it, or the emptiness of a large restaurant at dinnertime. Tip to management.... You still need customers if your restaurant is a front! -

This restaurant has been here for a long time. I remember it from my highschool days. Back then it was a cool place to hang out mainly because it was a 24hour establishment and we could have a snack after going to the movies etc.
My daughter and I stopped for lunch today. It had been awhile since I last dined here, upon walking to the restaurant I remembered why. just outside the front door was a pile of vomit ... seeing that we should have turned around and gone elsewhere. When we stepped into the place we there was a waft of "bacon" smoke. It smelled good at first (we were hungry) but after an hour of sitting in this smoke, our eyes began to sting.
Our waitress was barely aware that we were there. We didn't get asked how our lunch was, we didn't get water refills, the first glass of water had floaties in it. One plus was that our food was tasty. She had other tables that were most likely regulars because she was so comfortable with them that she sat down and chatted with them ...
We probably won't be returning here, it's changed a lot and not for the better.
